Thomas Oord’s beliefs sound similar to my own: that God holds human free will inviolable. This just seems to me the best explanation for why the world is the way it is. On the one hand, I don’t know why Nazarenes would find that, in itself, controversial. On the other hand, it implies a limit to God’s omniscience, and I can imagine all kinds of people who’d be uncomfortable with that.
